This at least allows you to not he surprised as to what they will cover and your out of pocket expense will be. My advice if you havent is to go for a consult or get a second opinion. This way you can see what office works with you better. An important question to ask at consult is if they have any office payment plans or they go through a 3rd party to finance the remaining balance. Some offer no interest for so many months. Be aware the more you cam put down as a downpayment the less your monthly payments will be for you. As for a missing perm. Tooth. That is more common then not. A good thing to discuss with the orthodontist is to see if they are able to close the space and mive other teeth in that postion or not. If they can ask if additional teeth may need to be removed on opposite side. there may not be anything wrong the with other teeth but this would allow the mouth and teeth to be symmetrical. If they do not want to close space and recommend a possible implant in future ask that as well. This can give you a heads up as to if more will be coming out of your pocket for closure or percent you need to pay for regular dental office .
