My powerchain is killing me, please help!
I got a powerchain and a thick wire and my teeth are killing me. It's unbearable, I can't chew. What would you recommend? I've tried pain killers and cold things but nothing is helping. How long does it take to adjust and are there any other things I could do to help? Thanks.

The best thing for dental pain is Motrin and Tylenol, alternating. The anti-inflammatory properties of the Motrin will help with the soreness and the Tylenol will help alleviate the pain in the meantime. A soft diet is recommended until your teeth adjust as well. Cold liquids and soft foods like ice cream can be soothing as well.
