Is my permanent retainer (behind my top 4 front teeth )broken?(Very clear photo!)
I am a 15 year old male. I weigh 92 pounds and im 175 cm tall. One day ago I was flossing between my two large top middle teeth and I felt like my permanent retainer(behind my top four middle teeth)got fractured. I have a clear picture which a proffesional can tell right away if there is an issue.

Looking at the picture you provided, it appears that the fixed lingual retainer is in fact fractured. Unless it was two seperate pieces and joined at the bonding site. More than likely, it will need to be removed, a new impression made and a retainer fabricated. These retainers are custom, which usually takes about 7-10 lab days. In the meantime, if you are worried about them shifting, a clear plastic retainer can be fabricated usually within 24 hours or less and are fairly in-expensive.
