Please I don’t want to have them taken out!!

You Hi, I just went to my first orthodontist consultation today. She said I will have to have four teeth removed so I can have braces but I have huge anxiety and panic attacks and I can’t get put to sleep. Do I have to have them removed or will the braces work if I leave the teeth in? Thank you 😭
