Fearful dentle dilema

in past I was diagnosed with gingavitus but have been trying very hard to reverse it. however in the last couple months a new sypmtom popped up sometimes when I am eating or even when im just sitting there my teeth will feel like they are loose however I never see any movement and the feeling is not constant. I read somewhere that it is possible that this is linked to not dealing with stress and projecting it into an area other than what needs dealing with. in a way this makes sence because during my 3 week stay in the low stress enviornment at my aunts house I never once felt this sensation even though it was present before my visit. please help me I am extreemly frigtened of dentle issues and dentists and want to know if theres anything I can to to try getting my dentle health back to what it should be and make this feeling stop occuring.

Answer: Make sure you have a cleaning every 3 months

By

If you have a fearful of dental procedure. As you noted, you were diagnose with gingivitis.

To prevent it from getting worse, you should have a cleaning every 3 months with a Hygienist (who only do cleanings) and she/he will keep track of your progress.

It is important to floss everyday to remove any debris between the teeth, (this is one of the causes of gingivities). Also have the hygienist show you what area are the worse so you can keep it up.

Good Luck
