Not Worth It, Very Serious Surgery

I fought with my underbite for years and decided to get in fixed in my mid 20's. My bite only started to bother me once dentist and orthodontist made me aware of it. Otherwise I would of never have gone through with. Although I am happy with the results, the surgery and recovery is a nightmare and I would only recommend it if you are extremely serious case.
