Ceramic Braces For 30 Year Old Adult

I have had braces on before in which the goal was to avoid surgery to correct a class 3 underbite and crossbite. The orthodontist did a very good job, but post braces the retainers could not hold the bite stable, so I have slipped back to my old bite. My bite has cause me TMJ, popping, clicking and hard to eat certain foods. So I decided to do some research and move forward on getting my bite fixed. Dr. Marchetto has put together a plan of about 15 months. I will wear braces for 8 to 10 months, have surgery and then fine tune for another few months afterwards.
